The Super Weekend Show

Since March 2015, Larrikin Puppets were proud to present
The Super Weekend Show at the Studio Theatre & Café
(647 Wynnum Rd, Morningside).

Performed at 11am on selected Saturdays, the show brought together puppetry,
costumed characters and live magic for one joyful hour of singing, dancing,
competitions, comedy, games and prizes.

A celebration of old-fashioned family entertainment — vibrant, interactive and filled with laughter.

Princess Flossy & The Stolen Treasure

One special feature performance, presented on Saturday 2 May 2015,
was a fully scripted theatrical adventure.

Princess Flossy’s treasure had been misplaced by the Pirate King and his
first mate Troggg. With the help of Carol the Kangaroo, the crew travelled
through Brisbane locations including Algestarrrrr, Bulimbarrrr and Cannon Hill,
searching for clues.

At each location, a new interactive game was revealed for the children in the
audience, with prizes awarded throughout the journey.

Young audience members were encouraged to attend in Princess or Pirate
fancy dress, transforming the theatre into a sea of crowns, hooks and treasure maps.
